As well as I would like to see uploaded files to be deleted for a page when I delete a page, I would also like cloning of a page to also copy the files to the new page.

As a bonus feature it would be nice if there are links to those files in the page, if they could be updated to point to the same files but on the new page.... like:
http://whatever/wikka/uploads/MyOrigPage/Myfile.txt
would end up as:
http://whatever/wikka/uploads/MyNewPage/Myfile.txt)

Also, when I clone the page I would like the ACL's of that page cloned too.

Andreas, that functionality is in the trunk and will be released with 1.1.7 (see http://wush.net/trac/wikka/ticket/189). There is also a related ticket (http://wush.net/trac/wikka/ticket/139) that addresses the inheritance of ACLs when creating new pages.
