=====ReCaptcha Login/Registration Action=====
This action offers a replacement to the default usersettings action.  It complete refactors the usersettings action using my action.class.php class to integrate [[http://recaptcha.net/ | the ReCAPTCHA plugin]].  It also created a new page for the user upon registration.
