I use Wikka in various ways. It is my main personal information management tool on my laptop, where I run a local webserver with wikka.
Wikka also serves in different installs as collaborative spaces for different communities I am part of.
And last but not least I am experimenting with combining wikka with different other tools, such as blogs and forums, to create a platform. See my blogposting http://www.zylstra.org/blog/archives/001793.html for more about that.
