How can I disable the auto-registration function? Is it a good idea to change the code of actions/usersettings.php?

Take a look at StayingLoggedIn. Hope that helps.

I just installed version 1.1.6.0 and when I try to logout, I get the following:
CSS E-118 : UserSettings?action=logout
HomePage :: Categories :: PageIndex :: RecentChanges :: RecentlyCommented :: Change settings/Logout :: You are JeffFrancis
This page doesn't exist yet. Maybe you want to create it?
Am I missing something? I've check all docs that I can find but do not see this scenario addressed anywhere.
Thanks.
Jeff...

Hmm...solved it. Looks like the url rewrite flag in the config file has to be set to 0.

When I set default write acl in the config file to "+", UserSettings is no longer publicly viewable. I'm using 1.1.6.0

Are you sure? I just tested this and I had no problem accessing UserSettings (I used a different browser, so no cached version or suchalike)

hello, how do you *disable* doubleclick editing for non-registered users?

While registered users can set their preferences, for anonymous users doubleclick editing options are the default ones, set by the Wiki administrator in the configuration file.

Apologies, my fault - this config option will be included with the next release, see: http://wush.net/trac/wikka/ticket/108
