I started using Wikka to power my site http://www.chopstork.com. So far it has been a great tool! I've tried out many php WikiEngines, and so far Wikka provides the most bang for the buck: Great Wiki Framework, Easy Installation, Easy Configuration, Easy Customation.
When I get a chance I will try to post my contributions in some sort of sensible manner.
