I'm completely new to CMS, researched lots of Wikis for about a day, and decided to make Wikka the first one I'd try to learn. I am way overambitious in terms of sites I want to build in health and medicine areas. No Unix knowledge :(

So I hope to make good contributions as a guinea pig.
