Hi. I am a 64 year-old American living in Chiangrai, Thailand and I've been playing around with a website about Chiangrai featuring pages in English and in Thai meant to help Thais... K-12, as they say in the US, I'm not a professional teacher... with their English. And older Thais, too.
What I have now is mueangchiangrai.net/english here, and my evolving Wikka site is mueangchiangrai.net/wikka/wikka here. I began the wikka attempt a year or two ago... but I didn't understand how to do it, and can't even manage to edit what I have now.
I am having a hard time understanding how wikka works, but I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out if I keep at it. It looks like it will help me stop wasting so much time on mechanics... which was 'fun' when I began... and allow me to really devote time to content. And to using other peoples' tools... better than mine, certainly... in its presentation. I can be handy, mending a fuse... but that's about it :)
Here's a picture of Coco and myself about 4 years ago. Coco no longer fits in my pocket and is no longer the color of cocoa.
