I'm currently inactive in the wikka community, but I want to say one thing: Wikka is great!
I was working on Wikka Documentation translation.
It really needs a localisation functionnality. (if still not done)
I think the best would be working on it just like phpBB. Using a simple file with a php array, just like the config file. And when needed to show a text, it would show the content of the variable. The wiki pages would not be forced to be multilingual, but at least the software would be in another language than english.
