Techbugs is currently using heavily modified **wikkamorfar.css** skin i have completly changed the Header and footer actions for it..the header is part of a web design from [[http://www.oswd.org | OpenSource Web Design]].. i am still changing many things inside and the code is a mess to read as of now.. but i'll be glad to share...
