MoonEdit is a free
multi-platform collaborative text editor (quote from the
official homepage∞).
Up to 14 persons, who must have the software installed on their local computer, can edit a text-file, lying on a server, at the same time. Every user has a different color so that it is possible to see who wrote what. For more infos, see the

There is a demo
MoonEditWiki∞ in which the possibility of connecting Wikka and
MoonEdit is tested.
The first output is the
Mooneditaction∞, which allows to show the content of a file in wikka.
